If I am catering in Orange County, catering in Los Angeles, or catering in the Inland Empire I like to offer each party something unique. This party I was catering tacos and hot dogs but also made fresh french fries and then took it up another level by making “ASADA FRIES”. I impressed myself. Here is a pic of my set up that day. Maybe I will show you a pic of what they looked like finished.

Fresh chips or fries? Sure… Why not! This was my set up at one of the parties we did this weekend in the Inland Empire. You’ll notice we grilled up hot dogs, bacon wrapped hot dogs and hamburgers. See anything interesting?Ignore the guy scratching his back!
That box on the far left looks like the fueling area from back to the future but it was my fryer who got tons of action. I created a seasoning for my next round and can’t wait to try it out. Book me for your next event!
What are “Sweet Swine Pork Rinds” are they real? I keep seeing this crazy lady on the news who claims she has a winning mega ticket wearing this hat and if this brand isn’t real I want to make it real. I got an old family recipe that could surprise some people. I can start using it as a topping on some of my sliders or tacos!! Maybe I’ll make a small batch next week.
