1 Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of $300 minimum is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. Dates are not considered booked or confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
2 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks prior to the event date, before 9:00 AM, to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable. We understand plans change — reach out as early as possible and we'll do our best to work with you on rescheduling, subject to availability.
3 Guest Count & Final Headcount
A final guest count is required no later than 5 days before your event, by 12:00 PM (noon), submitted via text message. Pricing is based on this confirmed headcount. Increases to guest count after this date are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4 Event Site Requirements
Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power access (if required), and any permits needed for on-site cooking at the event venue. Mr. Hot Bunz Catering is not responsible for delays or service limitations caused by insufficient site access, power, or venue restrictions not disclosed prior to the event.
5 Food Safety & Allergies
Mr. Hot Bunz Catering follows all applicable health and food safety guidelines and holds a valid health permit. Please notify us of any guest food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time your deposit is submitted. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to shared cooking equipment.
6 Weather & Outdoor Events
Rain or shine, we've got you covered — Mr. Hot Bunz Catering provides one or two 10×10 canopies for our cooking/serving area at outdoor events. Client is responsible for ensuring adequate space for canopy setup and for providing shelter for guests in the event of severe weather. Mr. Hot Bunz Catering reserves the right to adjust service logistics for safety reasons in extreme weather conditions.
7 Liability
Mr. Hot Bunz Catering carries general liability insurance. Client agrees that Mr. Hot Bunz Catering is not liable for any injury, illness, or property damage arising from circumstances outside our direct control, including but not limited to pre-existing venue conditions, third-party vendors, or guest conduct.
8 Photography & Media
Mr. Hot Bunz Catering may photograph or video food and setup at events for use in marketing and social media. Identifiable images of guests will only be used with permission. Let us know before your event if you'd prefer we not photograph your event.
9 Payment
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or Square. Full payment is due per the terms outlined in your booking agreement. Late payments may delay or affect service confirmation.
10 Changes to These Terms
Mr. Hot Bunz Catering reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
